VICPA - Preventing infection through safe practiceVICPA is a voluntary, not for profit association representing Victorian infection control professionals and other health care workers with an interest in infection prevention and control. The association promotes infection prevention strategies in health care settings by working together to foster professional development and standards of practice.
VICPA Membership InformationMembership in VICPA is your source for the most comprehensive and up-to-date information, education and guidance in infection prevention and control. Through VICPA you have access to a host of programs and services designed to help you advance your practice and stay abreast of new developments. VICPA members are part of an expansive and diverse network of experienced professionals who share a common bond through their commitment to reducing the risk of infection and improving patient outcomes.
Membership to VICPA also entitles you to membership with the Australian Infection Control Association (AICA). AICA provides those working in infection control with a professional profile, identifying and promoting professional standards and lobbying with one voice on behalf of infection control professionals.
